- Linen is provided, this includes towel
- Gas and electricity is free
- Lockable box provided outside for fishing tackle.

The caravan is surrounded by decking which offers views of the lakes and
forest. There are plenty of green areas surrounding the caravan which
would be perfect for a barbecue, plus two play areas for children within
close proximity of the caravan.
